Job Description

Marshall + Sterling Inc is seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the administration and coordination of loss control services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales Executives and CSRs to provide Zywave training and support.
  • Edit and customize risk management documents through Zywave and internet research.
  • Work with Sales Executives and clients to provide specific RM information requests.
  • Manage Marshall+Sterling Online enrollment and training with clients/prospects.
  • Complete Mod Master Reports and track new referrals to loss control program.
  • Provide marketing and education through Zywave to clients.
  • Maintain a monthly loss control blog and utilize Pictometry for real property valuation.
  • Assist in meeting carrier loss control recommendations and communicate with Supervisor/Manager on any issues.
  • Maintain professional accreditation and participate in continuing education programs.
  • Build and maintain a favorable and professional work relationship with other staff members.

Requirements:

  • College degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Proven ability to multi-task with varied projects, locations, and personnel.
  • Proficiency with internet and email applications.
  • Ability and willingness to quickly learn new programs and procedures.
  • Experience with Vertafore a plus.
  • Works effectively and relates well with others in a professional manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
  • High level of organizational ability with attention to detail.
