Hotline Coordinator/Case Manager

As a Hotline Coordinator/Case Manager at Catholic Charities Community Services, you will provide critical support to individuals seeking services and information. Your role will involve acting as the initial point of contact, answering incoming calls, and maintaining accurate records of all requests for services. You will also provide direct service at the weekly food pantry and assist with administrative tasks such as compiling hotline logs and distributing assignment lists for case management.
Key Responsibilities:
Acts as initial point of contact for individuals seeking services or information
Answers incoming calls and maintains accurate records of all requests for services
Provides direct service at the weekly food pantry
Compiles hotline logs and distributes assignment lists for case management
Assists with administrative tasks as directed by the Executive Director
Requirements:
Minimum high school graduate or high school equivalent
Bachelor's degree preferred
Bi-lingual Spanish/English required
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and telephone skills
Proficiency with MS Office suite, especially Excel and Outlook
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required. Ability to remain stationary at a work station and use a computer. Ability to operate standard office equipment. Ability to use and respond to phone calls and emails.
