Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Arris Contracting Co Inc. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage construction project schedules to ensure timely completion within budget.
  • Review and analyze construction documents, including plans, specifications, budgets, and estimates, to understand the scope of the project.
  • Develop and track construction project scope, budget, and expenses to ensure timely completion within budget, while identifying cost-saving opportunities and mitigating risks.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure project deadlines are met, while maintaining cost, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to ensure construction work meets industry standards and client expectations.
  • Identify potential risks and hazards of the construction project and develop mitigation strategies to minimize unforeseen impacts.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships by addressing concerns promptly and delivering high-quality work that meets or exceeds expectations.

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of construction principles, techniques, procedures, and laws.
  • Ability to read architectural plans and specifications, estimates, budgets, and scope of work.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with owner's consultants and direct prime contractors.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work independently without immediate supervision and as part of a team to perform multiple assignments while meeting critical deadlines.

Work Environment:

This role operates in both an office setting and at client sites and on construction sites. Regular travel may be required depending on project phase.

Compensation:

Expected Salary: $60,000 - $150,000
