Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor installation technicians to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs to the highest standard.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure that installations are completed to the required standard and that customers are satisfied with the work.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that installation technicians are up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that customers receive the best possible service and that installations are completed on time and to budget.
  • Manage and maintain the inventory of tools and equipment to ensure that installation technicians have the necessary resources to complete their jobs.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure that installations are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the installation team to discuss progress, address any issues, and provide feedback and coaching.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure that we have access to the latest technologies and products.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership role in the HVAC industry.
  • Proven track record of leading and mentoring teams to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
