Lead Retail Customer Service Associate

The Lead Retail Customer Service Associate is a key member of our Stores team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in all areas of our business, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping. This role requires a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the ability to consistently provide a positive and personalized experience to all customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert knowledge of our products and services to customers
  • Consistently deliver a positive and personalized customer experience
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on new products and services, and communicate changes to customers
