Key Responsibilities- Work with perfumers and fragrance collection to identify cross-category opportunities for diverse clients.
- Develop fragrances that meet client needs and drive business success.
- Partner with perfumers to provide consumer trends, cross-category information, and creative idea inspirations.
- Select and adapt fragrance submissions to meet client brief parameters.
- Maximize efficiency and impact by utilizing internal tools and resources.
- Develop in-depth market product knowledge to support proactive and strategic brand building efforts.
- Detect and forecast future olfactive and product trends to create concrete fragrance solutions.
- Lead client presentations and share them internally and externally.
- Participate in Homecare strategy definition and execution.
- Promote positive team spirit and contribute to common objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
