Key Responsibilities:
- Work with perfumers and fragrance collection on cross-category opportunities for diverse clients.
- Develop winning fragrances for mutual success of DSM-Firmenich and clients' brands.
- Partner, guide, and support all perfumers by bringing them consumer trends and data, cross-category information, client white space opportunities, creative idea inspirations, and collection starting points.
- Select submissions adapted to brief parameters and provide rationale.
- Feed collection with updated and strategically selected ideas.
- Maximize efficiency and impact by making regular use of internal tools, in particular Consumer Insight and Technical Innovation tools.
- Constantly develop in-depth market product knowledge in other categories.
- Engage in proactive and strategic brand building efforts to bring newness and support for accounts responsible.
- Detect and forecast future olfactive and product trends and needs for Homecare clients and categories and turn them into concrete fragrance solutions.
- Lead development of client presentations and confidently share them internally and externally.
- Participate in Homecare strategy definition and execution (across functions: CMI, Technical Resources, CI, perfumers, sales).
- Promote positive team spirit by contributing to common objectives and sharing information.
- Help olfactively train clients and internal colleagues in other functions when needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Fragrance Evaluation with cross-category experience. Prior Creation experience in Homecare category is a plus.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
