Job Title: Consumer Insights Senior Manager for Beauty

We are seeking a highly skilled Consumer Insights Senior Manager to join our team at dsm-firmenich. As a key member of our Global Consumer Brands (GCB) team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of consumer insights strategies and plans that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the charge in executing consumer insights strategies and plans that fuel business growth.
  • Drive the Beauty GCB consumer insights programs and plans, aligning them with category and client needs.
  • Ensure the development and implementation of global GCB CI methods, upholding CI best practices.
  • Implement and align new beauty GCB methodologies to boost efficiency from brief to adoption success rates.
  • Serve as the consumer insights expert for beauty, collaborating with cross-functional teams and acting as a key contact for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Analyze and synthesize data to develop actionable insights that inform fragrance development decisions in the USA.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Consumer Insights-related discipline or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a product or fragrance testing role.
  • Multi-country consumer insight project management experience.
  • A competitive mindset with a drive for results.
  • Self-motivated, with high autonomy and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to define business opportunities, set priorities, and translate tactics/strategy into actions.
  • Able to develop business 'from scratch'.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Fluent in English.
