Job Title: Payroll Coordinator

Creative Financial Staffing is looking for a skilled Payroll Coordinator to support our financial operations. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing payroll data, preparing reports, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. A strong understanding of payroll systems and software is essential for this role.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for resolving any issues that may arise during the payroll process and providing excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage payroll data from start to finish.
  2. Prepare regular reports on earnings, taxes, and deductions.
  3. Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  4. Resolve any payroll-related issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of payroll experience.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and software.
Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year.
