Microsoft Dynamics F&O Process Optimization Expert

About the Position:We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics F&O Process Optimization Expert to join our team at HBD Industries. As a key member of our ERP Core Team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement across all locations using Microsoft Dynamics F&O.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with production locations to analyze existing business processes and implement improvements using Microsoft Dynamics F&O.
- Champion new functional capabilities and participate in defining the Microsoft Dynamics F&O roadmap.
- Vet and perform analysis on requests covering change improvements, system configuration improvements, process re-routing, etc.
- Interface with ERP Core Team and Microsoft Dynamics F&O partner of record to coordinate change, vet change across all other production plants, test & ensure no unintended impact for changes applied.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or technical field.
- 3+ years of ERP experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics F&O or Dynamics AX is preferred.
- Strong understanding of ERP Finance & Operations processes.
- Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders and end users with an adaptive style, influencing skill and change management orientation.
