Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Greenfield, IN. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for taking and processing customer orders, addressing all customer inquiries and complaints, and estimating current items/repricing.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive customer orders and order changes either directly from customers or from sales representatives and record, process, and place orders timely and accurately.
  • Respond to customer complaints and questions and follow up with appropriate internal personnel as required to improve customer service.
  • Maintain customer files and work closely with accounting for account questions or disputes from customers.
  • Fax or email confirmations and other information to customers as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, the ability to read and interpret documents such as sales reports, operating instructions, and training manuals, and experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 depending on experience.
