Vendor Payment Coordinator

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Vendor Payment Coordinator to join our team in Gallatin, TN. As a key member of our Accounts Payable department, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions related to vendor payments, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, verifying purchase orders, reconciling discrepancies, preparing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Process vendor payments in a timely manner, utilizing various payment methods.
- Reconcile accounts payable general ledger balances and reports.
- Research and document disputes of vendor invoices.
- Match invoices with proper POs and ensure accuracy for price, receipt quantity, and approvals.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance or 3 years relevant experience.
- MS Office products and advanced MS Excel knowledge required.
- Attention to detail, organization, and strong multitasking abilities essential.
**Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $80,000, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
