Job Opportunity

Join RTN, a pioneering company in the advertising industry, as a Business to Business Outside Sales Representative.

We are seeking ambitious and self-driven individuals to join our team and work with local business owners. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for prospecting, making high-volume phone calls, and conducting in-person appointments to promote our unique advertising solutions.

Our sales representatives thrive in a fast-paced environment and are trained to excel in the RTN One Call Close approach. We provide continuous training and support to help you advance in your career and reach your maximum potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and making high-volume phone calls
  • Conducting in-person appointments to promote our advertising solutions
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with local business owners
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets

Compensation:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including an annual fixed incentive of $52K+, uncapped commissions, and additional bonuses. Our top performers earn $90K to $100K+ annually.
