Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance for the daily operations of the Executive Office Manage calendars and scheduling for multiple executives Organize travel arrangements: coordinate domestic and international travel and prepare detailed itineraries Handle expense management: gather receipts, prepare, submit, and track expense reports in a timely manner Oversee office supplies: monitor inventory, order, and receive materials as needed Coordinate book displays: select titles and manage orders for various display locations Draft and distribute communications Assist in planning and organizing a high volume of meetings and special events, including visitor greetings, room setups, catering, and IT support Provide support for special projects as required

Qualifications & Skills:

A minimum of three years of relevant experience, with five years preferred Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Quick to learn and able to follow directions effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential Must maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful demeanor in all interactions Ability to perform well under pressure and manage various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Strong integrity with the capability to handle confidential information discreetly Demonstrates creativity and resourcefulness in problem-solving

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $60,000-$80,000. All positions are currently eligible for an annual profit award or bonus, contingent on company performance.
