We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Northwest Texas Healthcare System, a 495-bed healthcare system serving the city of Amarillo and its surrounding region. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of technical procedures, including M.R.I., CAT Scan, Routine Radiography, and Angiography. As a Radiologic Technologist - Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be proficient in two areas, including Radiography, and will be required to comply with approved standards in patient safety, radiation protection, infection control, and environment control.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to train fellow technologists, provide feedback on their performance, and utilize your leadership skills to supervise students. You will also be expected to maintain current certifications, including American Registry of Radiology Technologist and State of Texas General Radiology License (Texas Medical Board).
As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive compensation package, including a salary of approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match and discounted stock plan.
