Nuclear Medicine Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at BSA Hospital in Amarillo, TX.
As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our Diagnostic Imaging department.
Responsibilities- Perform complex Nuclear Medicine studies and procedures
- Conduct daily quality control checks on Nuclear Medicine equipment and administer radiopharmaceuticals
- Adhere to Diagnostic Imaging policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Flexibility to accommodate varying patient volumes and departmental needs
- Associate Degree of Applied Science in Nuclear Medicine
- Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist (CMRT) certification
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologist/Nuclear (ARRT(N)) and/or Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) certification
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR certification
Preferred qualifications include 1 year of experience in Nuclear Medicine.
