- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in PeopleSoft: Understanding of PeopleSoft queries and reporting tools to extract and analyze financial data effectively.
- SQL for Sub-Ledger Analysis: Ability to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from sub-ledgers, databases, or data warehouses, with knowledge of creating SQL queries for financial analysis, reconciliations, and data integrity.
- Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel functionalities, including Power Query, to extract, transform, and load data from various sources, with strong knowledge of pivot tables, data visualization, and spreadsheet modeling techniques.
