Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at The Lovesac Company. As a key member of our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, you will play a critical role in providing financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to support business decisions, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives.
- Validate external reporting data and analysis, including earnings releases and Q&A documents.
- Assist in the creation of detailed financial and analytical models to forecast and analyze revenue performance, sales and marketing efficiencies, and pricing optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of FP&A experience, including a high proficiency in Microsoft Excel modeling.
- Proven time management skills and ability to adapt to a changing business environment.
- Able to prioritize responsibilities with the appropriate level of urgency and make correct decisions based on a variety of situations.
