Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

At Foxwoods Resort Casino, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team. This is a key role that will lead and manage a team dedicated to financial planning, analysis, and forensic accounting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic financial insights to drive the company's financial performance.
  • Ensure the integrity of financial data and manage an analyst.
  • Collaborate with tribal departments and businesses to achieve the organization's financial goals.
  • Develop and implement financial models, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Familiarity with forensic accounting principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Experience in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP & EPM systems, data visualization tools).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in financial planning & analysis, forensic accounting, or a related field.
