The Live Check Administrator provides critical support to the Sun Loan operations team, focusing on the Live Check program and its corresponding campaigns. This role involves a range of administrative tasks, including review and decision-making on pending cashed checks, uploading checks into iConnect, and managing loan data in LPX.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative support duties for Live Check campaigns, including reviewing and responding to emails, resolving fraud claims and disputes, and sending departmental communications to branches.
- Manage Live Check Management functions, such as auditing and reviewing proofs and production samples, managing the iConnect platform, and researching bank issues.
- Collaborate with the Ancillary Products Department and Customer Service Center as needed.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in installment loan or banking.
- Industry operational knowledge preferred.
- Strong inter-departmental collaboration and communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
