Overview:

As a vital part of our organization, Team Members at ABC Liquors, Inc. play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our patrons, ensuring their visits are enjoyable and memorable. Our associates are instrumental in promoting product sales and fostering customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome every customer with a warm and friendly demeanor as they enter the store, providing prompt and courteous assistance.
  • Utilize a Point-of-Sale system to efficiently handle customer transactions, ensuring accurate cash management and processing of various payment methods.
  • Acquire knowledge about our extensive range of beverages and specialty products, enabling effective promotion and sales that contribute to the store's performance.
  • Uphold Responsible Vendor standards by verifying customer identification for age-restricted purchases during transactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, both inside and outside, to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Offer gift-wrapping services for our products and create custom gift baskets, ensuring a personalized touch for our customers.
  • Assist with the receipt and organization of weekly inventory deliveries, ensuring products are displayed attractively and restocked as necessary.
  • Complete additional tasks as directed by the management team to support store operations.

Qualifications:

  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, especially during peak seasons.
  • Previous retail experience is beneficial but not mandatory; we welcome all applicants.
  • Candidates should be capable of standing for extended periods and lifting items weighing up to 35 pounds for stocking purposes.
