Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome every customer warmly as they enter the store, providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service.
  • Utilize a Point-of-Sale system to accurately process transactions, manage cash, and apply discounts or promotions.
  • Acquire knowledge about our extensive range of wines, spirits, beers, and cigars, and effectively promote these products to meet sales objectives.
  • Uphold Responsible Vendor status by verifying customer age through proper identification when handling alcohol and tobacco products.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, both inside and outside.
  • Offer gift-wrapping services for products and create custom gift baskets for customers.
  • Manage weekly inventory deliveries, ensuring products are stocked and displayed according to company guidelines.
  • Carry out additional tasks as directed by the store management team.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, particularly during peak seasons.
  • No prior experience is necessary; however, retail or industry experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds for stocking purposes, with or without accommodation.
