Role Overview

The HVAC Solutions Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and driving sales in the HVAC sector. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the local market and demonstrate a solid professional background. A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC sales is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with contractors, consulting engineers, and clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business prospects within the HVAC industry.
  • Offer technical guidance to clients, providing customized solutions that meet their unique requirements.
  • Design and present persuasive sales presentations.
  • Prepare and deliver precise and timely quotes and proposals.
  • Achieve or surpass designated sales objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure successful project execution.
  • Participate in industry events, training sessions, and meetings as necessary.
  • Provide regular sales updates and reports to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC sales.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems and equipment.
  • Local residency is required.
  • Demonstrated stable work history.
