Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Compliance Program Manager to join our team at Santa Cruz Nutritionals. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of our processes, products, and systems with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement internal auditing programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead external audits and oversee the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) program.
  • Analyze audit data to identify trends and provide recommendations to management.
  • Ensure audit records are complete and accurate.
  • Develop and present metrics around audits and CAPAs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in food science, technology, biology, microbiology, or related discipline.
  • 6 years' professional Quality Assurance/Control experience.
  • 3 years' experience supporting quality audits.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in science, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, or related discipline.
  • Knowledge of NSF, USP, Non-GMO, Gluten-Free, Organics Programs and relevant government regulations.
  • Experience with FDA Inspections.
  • Certified Quality Auditor (CQA).
