We are seeking a skilled Sanitation Technician to join our team. As a key member of our Sanitation Department, you will be responsible for ensuring our plant and grounds are clean and safe for everyone. You will work with a team of dedicated professionals to consistently produce positive sanitation results that meet our high standards.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure all equipment is cleaned, sanitized, and operational for the next production run.
  • Operate and maintain sanitation cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbers, vacuum cleaners, pressure washers, and steam cleaners.
  • Conduct on-the-job training of new team members and assist in training activities that support the manufacturing process.
  • Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors to ensure seamless cleaning processes.
  • Maintain accurate cleaning records and adhere to SSOPs.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1 year of experience in manufacturing or light industrial environment is preferred.
  • Forklift certification is required.
  • Sanitation experience in Food Manufacturing or Food Safety is an asset.
  • Weekends and holidays may be required.
