Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sanitation Technician to join our team at Aspire Bakeries. As a Sanitation Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our plant and grounds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily sanitation tasks to ensure equipment is cleaned, sanitized, and operational for the next production run.
  • Operate and maintain sanitation cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbers, vacuum cleaners, pressure washers, and steam cleaners.
  • Conduct on-the-job training of new sanitation team members and assist in training activities that support the manufacturing process.
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors to ensure seamless cleaning operations.
  • Maintain accurate cleaning records and adhere to Standard Sanitary Operating Procedures (SSOPs).
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of experience in manufacturing or light industrial environment preferred.
  • Forklift certification required.
  • Sanitation experience in food manufacturing, food safety, or industrial trucking a plus.
