Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Care Advocate to join our team at Univera Healthcare. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide service to customers via telephone, email, and other communication channels, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the outcome.
  • Document and research customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
