Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Health Advocates Network in West Seneca, NY.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures as needed. This is a registry position with our company, offering a competitive pay rate and a $100 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians
  • Perform tube feedings and collect blood samples as needed
  • Provide colostomy care and observe patients for changes in condition
  • Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing and feeding patients
Requirements:
  • Current LPN licensure and CPR certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
