About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Advocate to join our team at Centivo. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission to bring affordable, high-quality healthcare to those who need it most.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to members and healthcare providers through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Research and resolve complex inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
  • Educate members and providers on benefits, eligibility, and claims, as well as navigation of our website and tools.
  • Document all interactions and ensure proper processes and procedures are followed.
  • De-escalate calls and address first-level complaints, assisting with appeals as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Provider office experience.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems and applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to communicate professionally, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in provider billing or healthcare insurance billing.
  • Fast-paced call center experience.
  • Bilingual.
