About the Role

Corgan is seeking a highly skilled Senior Learning and Development Specialist to join our team in Dallas. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and delivering effective learning and development programs that align with our business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute Corgan-specific courses relevant to our business practices.
  • Review and improve our current L&D portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the L&D Manager to design, develop, evaluate, pilot, and deliver new learning and development programs.
  • Manage the learning management system, including working with vendors, system upgrades, maintenance, and advocacy.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to develop and deliver content in a hybrid environment.
  • Create courses using course authoring software.
  • Facilitate in-person and online classes.
  • Lead, coach, and support the success of junior team members.
  • Develop and maintain L&D metrics and analytics.
  • Build and leverage relationships with firm and business colleagues.
  • Manage the course survey process and provide feedback for improvement.
Requirements
  • Consultative approach with excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Proficient in the entire training process, with experience in building, implementing, and managing training systems.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and previous instructional design experience.
  • Strong strategic-thinking skills with an ability to collaborate with team members on best practices.
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a complex and matrixed environment.
  • Facility to manage ambiguity across multiple priorities and to know when to escalate issues for final resolution.
  • Exceptional writing skills, creativity, and innovation.
  • Aptitude to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in a learning and development organization.
  • Experience with LearnUpon or similar learning management system.
  • Experience creating and maintaining L&D metrics and analytics.
  • Experience with course authoring software.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Minimum 8 years of related professional experience.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, on average.
  • Demonstrated, end-to-end project/program management experience.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office skills.
