KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide expert product knowledge to address customer inquiries.
  • Deliver outstanding and consistent customer service.
  • Engage customers throughout the fitting process to ensure satisfaction.
  • Resolve guest concerns in a polite and professional manner.
  • Follow up on all customer sales to ensure continued satisfaction.
  • Handle customer returns and exchanges efficiently.
  • Facilitate sales and appointments via phone communication.
  • Meet and exceed company sales productivity goals.
  • Promote new company initiatives and offerings effectively.
  • Restock merchandise as needed to maintain store presentation.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; some college education is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in commission-based sales or retail.
  • Proven experience in conducting one-on-one sales presentations.
  • Availability to work on weekends may be necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Self-motivated and competitive nature.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, squatting, and climbing.
