Key Responsibilities
  • Create an unforgettable customer experience by forging lasting relationships with customers, working with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best service possible, greeting customers in a timely, authentic and engaging manner, and preparing the fitting rooms, finding sizes, and providing honest knowledgeable feedback to customers regarding merchandise style and fit.
  • Be the business by achieving sales goals in a team-based commission environment, seeking new product knowledge in the broader fashion landscape and active-wear specifically to serve as an expert for the customer, assisting in the completion of projects while keeping the focus on customer experience, and communicating inventory needs to support the business goal.
  • Operations include ensuring the sales floor is stocked every evening, collaborating with management in areas of inventory management, ensuring the retail store is cleaned on a regular basis - including floors and bathroom, understanding and executing cash control procedures including bank deposits, petty cash, and assisting in the implementation and maintenance of all merchandising/visual directives.
Requirements
  • Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Pay Range: 16.84-19.00 + commission
