Essential Duties:

  1. Foster positive relationships with guests and team members by exemplifying company values.
  2. Provide outstanding service in alignment with established procedures and standards.
  3. Accurately take and deliver guest orders, ensuring attention to detail.
  4. Respond to inquiries regarding menu offerings and pricing with confidence.
  5. Identify and resolve any guest dissatisfaction effectively.
  6. Fulfill scheduled shifts, contributing to the opening and closing of operations.
  7. Assist with dishwashing and culinary tasks as required.
  8. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations in all aspects of food handling and preparation.

Qualifications:

  1. Preferred experience in a customer service role.
  2. Background in quick service food handling is advantageous.
  3. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  4. Ability to operate bakery equipment safely.
  5. Flexibility to work across various locations and adapt to changing roles.
  6. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are necessary.

Physical Requirements:

  1. Frequent mobility, including walking, bending, and reaching.
  2. Capability to stand for extended periods.
  3. Able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Education:

A high school diploma or GED is required.

Language Proficiency:

Must possess the ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Additional Information:

Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, is essential.
