Position Overview:

System One is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee operations in a dynamic warehouse environment.

The Warehouse Supervisor will manage all facets of receiving, warehouse oversight, shipping, and production control, including cycle counting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and enhance safety, culture, quality, customer service, productivity, cost efficiency, and production lead time.
  • Ensure the warehouse team operates efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Manager to establish and enforce policies that minimize product variation and promote operational efficiency.
  • Prioritize daily work plans in conjunction with Customer Service and Account Management to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Oversee the logistics and trucking operations to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement to eliminate waste and enhance customer value.
  • Manage inventory levels to achieve a cycle count accuracy of over 98%.
  • Develop, mentor, and supervise staff, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment, with a proven track record of leadership.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite.
  • Experience with LEAN methodologies is advantageous.
