Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Implementation Manager to join our Technology Business Services team at TIER4 GROUP. As a key member of our global technology team, you will play a critical role in providing critical support for order and execution management, working closely with key teams such as Client Guidelines and Assurance, Portfolio Engineering, Portfolio Implementation, and Trading.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the key liaison between internal business teams, Technology, and application vendors to ensure smooth communication and effective solutions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand challenges and provide optimal solutions that align with our goals.
  • Take ownership of configuration tuning, deployment, testing.
  • Document requirements, configure applications, and ensure the platform meets user needs.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Write detailed user stories and support documentation within an Agile/Scrum framework.
  • Monitor production platforms to ensure readiness and overall system health.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Math, or relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years as a Technology Business Analyst or Product Manager supporting critical business applications in a wealth or investment management environment.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Charles River Manager Work Bench or Central Work Bench workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of order management systems and trading lifecycle processes.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Agile methodologies, and compliance workflows.
