As a Senior Implementation Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation and integration of our technology solutions. You will work closely with internal business teams, technology, and application vendors to ensure seamless communication and effective solutions. Your expertise will help streamline daily operations, enhance efficiencies, and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the key liaison between internal business teams, technology, and application vendors to ensure smooth communication and effective solutions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand challenges and provide optimal solutions that align with our goals.
  • Take ownership of configuration tuning, deployment, testing, and documentation of requirements.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Write detailed user stories and support documentation within an Agile/Scrum framework.
  • Monitor production platforms to ensure readiness and overall system health.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Math, or relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years as a Technology Business Analyst or Product Manager supporting critical business applications in a wealth or investment management environment.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Charles River Manager Work Bench or Central Work Bench workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of order management systems and trading lifecycle processes.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Agile methodologies, and compliance workflows.
