Job Title: Implementation Senior Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Senior Project Manager to join our team at Maxor. As a key member of our Pharmacy Operations team, you will be responsible for planning, facilitating, and documenting all aspects of new pharmacy implementation projects. You will work closely with our Pharmacy Operations Leadership team and other internal and external team members to ensure projects remain on schedule and meet requirements.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead complex projects simultaneously that involve multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Manage architects and construction crews to successfully manage the buildout that is on time and within budget parameters.
  3. Work with business management to define requirements, establish project objectives, and define project success.
  4. Develop the project charter, integrated project plan, and related project management artifacts.
  5. Document, track, and disseminate risks, issues, assumptions, action items, decisions, and questions.
  6. Produce meeting notes that effectively capture and communicate risks, issues, assumptions, action items, decisions, and questions.
  7. Assess and facilitate resolution of all high-priority project risks and issues as they are encountered.
  8. Define and track project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan.
  9. Ensure all projects adhere to project methodology compliance standards set by the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of work experience and education.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with experience in construction and/or healthcare or pharmacy preferred.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
