About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our agency by identifying and securing new business opportunities. As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships, understanding client needs, and collaborating with our talented team to deliver tailored marketing solutions.

Main Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients and industries based on company initiatives and historical success.
- Generate new business leads through various channels, including networking, cold calls, and online research.
- Cultivate robust connections with potential clients ensuring a strong and seamless transition to the Client Success Team after the initial sale.
- Effectively identify all key stakeholders and decision-makers within the organizational framework, comprehending their distinct purchasing perspectives with precision.
- Conduct in-depth client needs assessments to fully understand the company's marketing goals and challenges.
- Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to develop customized solutions based on client needs and goals.
- Facilitate and deliver personalized presentations via consultative methods to prospective clients, ensuring a heightened probability of success.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Provide insights to enhance our services and offerings.
- Play a crucial role in ensuring that our CRM is up-to-date, organized, and reflective of sales activities and prospect interactions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development within the marketing or advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to data management.
- Record relevant sales activities, such as calls, meetings, and follow-ups, accurately and promptly.

Salary Estimate: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
