Inventory Management Specialist

Nitelines USA, Inc. is seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our team in Miami Dade County. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of approximately $62,500 per year.
About the JobThe successful candidate will have experience working with inventory management systems and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They will be responsible for managing annual inventory, sorting and preparing data, and maintaining accurate records.
The ideal candidate will also be able to navigate Informs to create purchase orders, receive procurements informs POs, and submit purchase orders. Additionally, they will process invoices for payment, review Informs reports for pre-edit errors, and assist with STMS/Informs travel systems training.
This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with the Purchasing Manager and other team members.
