Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic coordinator to enhance our skilled team. The ideal candidate will possess the following capabilities:

  • Collaborate with the Project Controls Manager to set up and uphold documentation tracking and reporting systems for various projects.
  • Work alongside the Project Controls Manager to develop and maintain organized file systems and document control distribution as necessary.
  • Process material purchase orders in accordance with bid documents and approved vendor lists.
  • Assist in the billing procedures, whether cost-plus or lump sum, in line with contract specifications.
  • Facilitate the flow of documents to regional offices, field teams, and clients.
  • Engage in resolving invoicing issues with Accounting and Clients when required.
  • Oversee the material release schedule and coordinate deliveries with the Purchasing Agent and Project Management team.
  • Foster relationships with clients through effective communication and personal interaction.
  • Aid in payroll data entry and processing as needed.
  • Provide support for various office administrative tasks as required.
  • Assist in tracking and requisitioning tools and equipment as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

  • Uphold integrity in all interactions with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to collaborate with a diverse workforce within the department and organization.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information effectively.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic understanding of electrical and instrumentation materials, tools, and equipment.
  • A dependable character demonstrating a willingness to work overtime, maintain a professional appearance, and pay attention to detail.

Additional Requirements:

  • Possession of a TWIC Card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential).
  • Capability to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug/alcohol test and relevant background checks.
  • Commitment to high ethical standards, particularly regarding worker safety and regulatory compliance.
