Job Description

Welch's is a leading manufacturer of fruit-based food and beverages, and we're seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our People & Culture department, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on human resources-related issues, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders, fostering a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and respect.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives and programs to support business objectives, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to lead recruitment efforts, ensuring the selection of high-quality candidates.
  • Provide coaching and training to employees and managers on HR-related topics, including employee relations, performance management, and employment laws.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR business partnering, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws, as well as employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, with a focus on driving business results.
