POSITION OVERVIEW

The Educational Program Manager at Charter Champions is crucial in the design, execution, and assessment of impactful educational initiatives.

This role requires close collaboration with educators, administrative staff, and community stakeholders to enhance curriculum quality, teaching methodologies, and student success.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Curriculum Development:
Work alongside educators to create and refine comprehensive curriculum frameworks that align with educational standards and institutional goals.

Evaluate and update existing curricula to address the diverse needs of students and promote engagement and success.


Conduct regular assessments of both online and in-person curricula to ensure compliance with educational standards and make necessary adjustments.


Instructional Support:


Engage in weekly meetings with classroom instructors to provide support in effective teaching strategies and technology integration.

Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to improve instructional practices.

Collaborate with instructional leaders to enhance classroom management and operational systems.

Assessment and Data Analysis:
Oversee the assessment framework, including the development and administration of evaluations to track student progress and curriculum effectiveness.

Analyze assessment data to identify trends, strengths, and areas needing improvement, making informed decisions to enhance educational outcomes.

Professional Development:
Organize professional development sessions for staff focused on curriculum enhancement, instructional strategies, and assessment techniques.

Facilitate workshops to promote the professional growth of educators.

Collaboration and Communication:
Work with administrators, educators, and other stakeholders to align curriculum objectives with institutional goals.

Effectively communicate curriculum updates and expectations to staff, students, and families.

Compliance and Evaluation:
Ensure adherence to educational standards and regulations.

Conduct regular evaluations of educational initiatives and recommend improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's degree in Education or a related field (Required).

Previous teaching experience with a solid understanding of curriculum design and assessment practices.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and drive initiatives.

Proficiency in data analysis to inform decision-making.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Familiarity with educational technology and its application in curriculum design.
