We are seeking a Medical Support Specialist - Obstetrics to join our team at Tenet-AZ Region in Nogales, Arizona. This is a full-time position working 36 hours per week on night shifts.

About the Role

The Medical Support Specialist - Obstetrics will provide specific nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). The ideal candidate will have excellent patient experience skills and be able to work independently as part of a dynamic team.

  • Anticipate patient needs and respond in a timely and appropriate manner">
  • Perform patient rounding according to unit-specific guidelines">
  • Provide intentional and patient-focused care">
  • Maintain a clean and comfortable environment">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • ">
  • A High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (G.E.D.)">
  • Completed PCT training, CNA training, or equivalent training program">
  • CPR Certification">
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills">
  • Able to work variable shifts, holidays, and/or weekends">
  • Able to lift and transfer patients using proper body mechanics">

Preferred Qualifications

Previous hospital and/or healthcare-related experience is preferred, as well as knowledge of hospital environments.

Compensation and Benefits

">

This position offers an estimated salary of $42,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a sign-on bonus and opportunities for professional growth and development.
