About the Role
This permanent position requires a Physician/Pediatrics specialist who can deliver high-quality medical care in outpatient and inpatient settings. Responsibilities
The Pediatric Care Specialist will be responsible for:
1. Delivering exceptional medical care to patients in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Conducting thorough physical exams, taking medical histories, and ordering diagnostic tests as needed.
3. Developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records, adhering to established guidelines and regulations.
5. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
1. A strong foundation in pediatrics, with relevant residency training and certification.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
3. Proficiency in general office procedures, including vaccinations, lab tests, and medication administration.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think critically and make sound judgments in high-pressure situations.
5. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients and staff.

Estimated Salary
We offer a competitive estimated salary range of $250,000 - $350,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
