Job Overview- Specialty: Medical Support

- Shift: 36 hours per week, 12-hour night shifts
This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a meaningful contribution to patient care. As a Medical Support Specialist, you will work closely with Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide exceptional patient experiences.
Responsibilities- Prepare hospital rooms for new admissions
- Anticipate patient needs and respond promptly
- Perform patient rounding according to unit-specific guidelines
- Ensure a comfortable and orderly environment
- Approach patients and families with compassion and empathy
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Requirements- Education: High School Diploma or GED, completed PCT training, CNA training, or equivalent
- Certifications: CPR Certification
- Skills: Effective written and verbal communication, ability to work variable shifts, holidays, and weekends
