Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one and group behavioral support to children in a school setting
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and track progress
  • Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and share best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Education
  • Active RBT Certification preferred
  • At least one year of experience working with children
  • Previous experience working with children with disabilities preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
