Key Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one and group behavioral support to children in a school setting
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and track progress
- Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and share best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Education
- Active RBT Certification preferred
- At least one year of experience working with children
- Previous experience working with children with disabilities preferred
- Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
