Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at ProCare Therapy. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist and a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of high school and elementary students
  • Provide non-intensive care and support to students
  • Collaborate with the school district to develop and implement individualized behavior plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans to support student success

Requirements:

  • BCBA certification
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist
