Pet Hospital Administrative Assistant

Calusa Veterinary Center is seeking an experienced Animal Care Center Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service in our Boca Raton location.
In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing front-desk operations and providing administrative support to our veterinarians and staff.
You will be responsible for greeting clients, scheduling appointments, handling payments, and processing credit/debit cards. Additionally, you will answer client calls, respond to emails, and make outbound calls for appointment reminders and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:
