Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outreach and support services to clients in their communities
  • Engage clients in the treatment system and support them to implement their goals
  • Support clients to attain skills and resources needed to maintain community tenure
  • Provide telephone coaching and support
  • Attend weekly staff/department meetings and supervision

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Psychology, Human Services, or a related field
  • One (1) year of experience providing direct care
  • Knowledge of Microsoft computer systems
  • Bilingual applicants encouraged
