Community Support Specialist

As a Community Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting adults 18+ with mental health needs, helping them to achieve independent living and improve their overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outreach and support services to clients in their communities
- Engage clients in the treatment system and support them to implement their goals
- Support clients to attain skills and resources needed to maintain community tenure
- Provide telephone coaching and support
- Attend weekly staff/department meetings and supervision

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Psychology, Human Services, or a related field
- One (1) year of experience providing direct care
