Job SummaryThe FFS Clinician supports Bridgewell's mission by providing individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy and crisis intervention services to individuals with psychiatric and/or developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Complete diagnostic intakes, treatment plans, goals and objectives, transfer/discharge summaries, and progress notes for assigned caseload.
- Provide individual and/or family counseling with clients on assigned caseloads.
- Coordinate services and collaborate with internal and external providers.
- Participate in clinical team and/or weekly supervision meetings.
- Maintain client records according to regulatory standards.
- Maintain productivity standards as discussed with the supervisor.
- Masters Degree in social work, psychology, education, or counseling.
- Massachusetts state license preferred.
- Experience working with people with mental illness and/or developmental disabilities.
